How do you make your signs?

All my signs are 100% handmade! I don’t use vinyls, laser cutters or other fancy machines. Just a girl & her paint pens.

WHAT IS THE ‘curbside PICKUP’ SHIPPING OPTION?

If you’re located in NYC or surrounding areas, or down for a road trip, you can pick up your order from me in Forest Hills, NY. This helps avoid shipping costs + saves time for any rush orders. You’ll receive the address & expected pick up date within 48 hours of placing your order. Message me for details!

Do you provide easels?

No easels here, but I provide acrylic or wood stands for all 5”x7” and 11”x14” sized signs! Keep in mind that most venue’s provide easels free of charge. :)

Do you rent?

Your custom sign is your keepsake!

How do I clean my signage?

Use a soft, dry cloth & carefully wipe down your acrylic sign. Avoid cleaning over any lettering or illustrations. Watch out for the pointy edges!

Disclaimer

Since all my products are written & painted by hand, you may see small imperfections in the lettering/illustrations which is natural for handmade items. Please handle with love & care – paint & acrylic can scratch easily so I suggest to store them with bubble wrap (bubbles outside) or a soft cloth when not in use.

Lead Time

Once your order is placed, your signs will be ready to ship or ready for pick up within 2 weeks. Orders within the U.S. take approximately 2-5 business days once shipped with UPS Ground. Keep timing in mind especially if you need a quick turnaround! If you need your order expedited please reach out to me as soon as possible so I can do my best to accommodate your event date. 

Returns

I do not accept returns! Please let me know if you're unhappy with your order! Your satisfaction is super important to me so the sooner you reach out, the more I can do to best serve you. 

Cancellations & Order Changes

If you decide you need to cancel or make changes to your order, let me know asap! Sometimes I begin working on orders as early as the day I receive them so as long as I can make changes to fit your needs I certainly will! If you need to cancel your order (sad face) I can provide you a 100% refund – as long as I haven’t already started on your piece(s). You can send me a message, shoot me an email or even message me on Instagram.

Delays

To ensure your order reaches you well ahead of your event date, please provide ample time for shipping or let me know your order needs to be expedited. Delay’s through 3rd party shipping vendors are unfortunately out of my hands.
